Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, free of dog hair, odors, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your RMA number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center; please keep your postage receipt.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
